Medical Superintendent will be responsible for supporting the strategic plan for management of the network, developing medical policy for managing clinical decision making, and ensuring the quality of medical outcomes. In addition, he or she will play an instrumental role in recruiting leadership and serve as a confidant/advisor to all of the Medical Staffs within the hospital.
Upon recognition and approval by the hospital’s board of directors, this position is subject to change.

▪️ Responsible for day-to-day administrative support and hospital operations which include Human Resources Monitoring,
Medical Equipment requirement, Staff supporting and Supervising, Productivity management, Patients Care Services coordinating.
▪️ Control and monitoring about Safety standard for all functions in hospital as follow items;
Patient Safety by IPSG6
Safety Environment
A commitment to improve safety culture of all level of employees
Measured by indicators such as OCR, COPQ rate
▪️ Developing hospital operation related policies/ work flow to be in line with those of the Hospital.
▪️ Coordinating functions and operations of all divisions and departments.
▪️ Acting as liaison with medical and non-medical staffs, management team and the Company’s Executives.
▪️ Supervising, providing guidance, assigning and delegating tasks to appropriate staff.
▪️ Ensuring high quality patient care and proficient operations of a quality and services improvement process.
▪️ Ensuring safety to all staffs, patients, physicians, guests and visitors.
▪️ Preparing activity reports and business operations results to be present to the Company’s Management.
▪️ Advising the Company’s Management on how to improve performance of the Company.
▪️ Proposing staff development plan to the Company’s Management.
▪️ Any request jobs or ad-host assignment from CEO and/or Chairman & BOD.

Requirements

▪️ Age must be over 40 are more preferred.
▪️ 10+ years' experience in hospital management field.
▪️ Diploma or Master Degree in Hospital Management/ Health Care Management are more preferred.
▪️ Must be able to use Microsoft Office.
▪️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
▪️ Superb judgment, problem-solving and cognitive skills and strong interpersonal skills and superior leadership skills.
▪️ Expert knowledge of utilization tools and systems for appropriateness and level of care criteria.
▪️ Demonstrated ability to analyze data, make appropriate decisions, and take appropriate actions.
▪️ Strong work ethic; an individual who is result-oriented, intelligent and persuasive/ convincing.
▪️ Ability to deal with ambiguity and focus on the quality of care, be productive, and possess business knowledge and leadership skills.
