Check customer complain in system and report service delivery progress in system.
Report to director how much complain,new customer and customer being surveyed have in system.
During working time when anyone mention CC officer in the customer complaints group, check from mytel NOC (AAA) and if our technical side need to solve I tell again to our staff to solve complain.
After that take care CC ticket complain and sent complain to Leader(or) team(branch director only knows the complaints in system)but each team have no tickets complains so many,sometimes Epc cut cable and sometimes need to change new ONU.
Explain to customer who call CC patiently and tell them not to worry about that and if sides have any difficulties, explain them and request them to wait alittle time.
Call all teams how much new settings,customer complains and pending new settings or complain are have and also tell them to finish tasks and update in system.
To count all details how many new settings finished and complain finished and report to director and in planning and cc group.
To make complain list(from system)with excel file and mail to HO by Email
To follow and submit direct instructions directly from the Yangon Head office and then report HO
To help operation teams if needed
Any Bachelor Degree
Minimum 1 year in relative Field
Good Communication Skill and Interpersonal Skill
Able to work under pressure
Can Speak English Language
Working Day.
Mon to Sat ( Gazette Holiday)
Working Time. 8 AM to 5 pm
